How To Style Cigarette Pants 7 Ways
Update your work, weekend or evening wardrobe with these classically-styled, high-waisted, ankle length pants. Cazinc The Label’s slim fit cigarette pants aspire to fit women of all ages and all body shapes. Ours are popular with women from size 8 to size 18 as the design is so flattering.
This style of pants has been an essential to many women’s wardrobes since they were created in the 1950s. Cigarette pants have high waists with wide waistbands, back zippers, flat fronts and are slim fitting through the legs. They have stood the test of time because the style is so flattering that they suit many body shapes.
And they were called “cigarette pants” because they incorporated a side pocket for cigarettes!
We knew when we designed our black cigarette pants in a gorgeous Ponte fabric with a faux leather strip down the side that they would be slimming and comfortable to wear to all occasions. Despite this, little did we know how many women would instantly fall in love with them! It is a style we will continue to keep in our collections as they are not only easy to wear and slimming, but timeless.
Here are seven ways to wear our gorgeous cigarette pants only using items from our Autumn Winter Collection. Enjoy styling yours.
Here are some of the ways I have styled the black cigarette pants here, including wearing them to the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, where I was asked many times where I purchased my outfit from. These images show how you can style the pants from casual to work to evening and red carpet events and wow the crowd in comfort!
