What Are Almost Zero Calorie Foods?

Who is like me and thinks about food from morning to night?

I love and live to eat, and I am often asked how I manage to stay at a healthy weight?

The secret is to eat many foods that are high in nutrition and low in calories.

So which foods are they?

Here is a list of some of my favourites:

Vegetables:

Kale

Rocket

Celery

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Zucchini

Asparagus

Carrots

Mushrooms

Beetroot

Onions

Broccoli

Cabbage

Cauliflower

Fruits:

Apples

Oranges

Watermelon

Strawberries

Cantelope

Berries - Including blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

The above is a great list to print up and put on your fridge. Fill your fridge with these items, and you will have plenty of nutritional food to enjoy, knowing they have little calories.
