2 Minute Beetroot Salad With Fried Tofu.
Over the past six months with the creation and launch of my clothing label, there have been many late nights in the office. One thing I love to do after work to switch off, especially while the weather is warm, is go for a walk, but then I also like to have time to relax after this without eating dinner at 10 pm because I have to spend a long time preparing and cooking!
So, what I have developed is a series of 2-minute recipes that are healthy and delicious and I will be sharing them with you.
All you need to do for inspiration is go to the food section of our blog, select the recipe you want to cook, and you have the image of the ingredients there for you.

Beetroot Salad with fried Tofu.
All you need to do is chop and fry the tofu and toast the walnuts.
Place as much of the other ingredients as you require into a large salad bowl, chopping the beetroot into pieces before hand.
Toss into individual bowls, then throw the walnuts and tofu on top.
If you are like me and love Japanese Mayonnaise, then also add to the dish.
Feel free to play around and add your own touches, like vegetarian burgers, or meat if you wish. Or just have the salad on itβs own.
