6 Recipes From My Favourite Cook Book

6 Recipes From My Favourite Cook Book

When Jo and Fouad set out to write Life-Changing Food, they wanted it to be a world-class cookbook that represented the abundance of whole food cooking.  They wanted to share their stories and inspire readers to make a healthy change with beautiful recipes and stunning photography. Life-Changing Food does all that, and more, including gut health, which is why this recipe book has become my favourite.

Every recipe I have cooked from the book have been easy to follow and delicious.  I love a book with ingredients that are easily sourced and easy to follow instructions.  Even though I don’t eat a lot of meat these days (by choice) and have cut out 90% of sugar from my diet, I do not put a label around what I eat.  I eat everything, but in moderation.

But over the years my cooking style has changed.  I love yummy and healthy recipes, so this book is one I go back to time after time.

I also love the book because they have a thermomix and conventional method to the recipes, which is excellent for those who like their thermomix.

Anyway, as you all know, I am not a sales person, but I enjoy sharing products I love, which is why I have this book for sale on Cazinc Blog.  Everyone who has purchased the book loves it, so if you would like a copy, all you need to do is click on the link at the side of this article.

Here are 6 recipes I love from the book.
