Since my family and I have been eating more vegetarian meals, I have been blown away with how many delicious recipes that are healthy and easy to make are available. We had a huge response to our vegetarian meals article, with many readers asking for more.
Chatting to gorgeous Natasha from Book Bonding, we had a fun time perusing vegetarian cookbooks, to come up with our favourite six to share with you. Be careful as these books are addictive and might find their way into your kitchen (they have already come to mine)!
