How To Incorporate Your Activewear Into Your Work Wear?

Last year I wrote about activewear becoming streetwear and also how activewear can become a fashion faux pas, but like sportswear on steroids, the activewear trend has proven to be a fashion force to be reckoned with.

I want to tell you a secret.   There is a brand called Controlology that has taken over my activewear drawer.  Why?  Because their styes are for real women and their fabrics are beautiful.  Wearing their clothes makes me want to jump out of bed in the morning to workout.  In fact it is so good, I am surprised I don't wear it to bed.

I see fit people everywhere wearing their activewear as it is a trend that is here to stay.

I have mixed my Contrology gear with items from my wardrobe, which allows me to go from Pilates to a meeting or work to Pilates.

So how can you transform your activewear into work wear?

Simply switch your leggings into pants or jeans, add some heels and accessories and you are set for work with a stylish jacket and top.  If the meeting requires a more polished look, switch your jacket for a blazer.

Or throw on a dress over your leggings, and/or top, add mules or heels with a jacket and you are work ready in an instant.

Have fun working your activewear into your wardrobe as much as your activewear makes you workout.
