What Signature Style Of Carrie Bradshaw’s Has Made A Comeback?
It was undoubtedly one of the most iconic Sex And The City’s styles, the signature tutu, worn by Carrie Bradshaw in the opening credits, back in 1998, (SATC stylist Patricia Fields reportedly paid $5.00 for the skirt) and was as well-known as her trademark Manolo Blahnik shoes.
If you have been following Cazinc Blog On Instagram, you would have seen us reporting this style of skirt.
Move forward 20 years and this signature style tutu skirt has made a significant comeback. It is worn on the streets of Paris, New York, London and Australia, as shown below, but how can you purchase your own? For under $300???
Here it is, the gorgeous M A Dainty designer tulle skirt I purchased online from Honey Boutique for $269.00 and the moment it arrived in the mail, I fell instantly in love.
There are so many ways to wear this tulle skirt. I wear it casually during the week with a tee and runners, low-heeled boots or slides. For an easy evening style, all I do is add an edgy leather jacket or coat and heels.
So bring out your inner Carrie Bradshaw and have a touch of fun with your skirt.
I had some fun by throwing on a Vogue tee for the shoot. How can a girl channel her inner Carrie without a touch of Vogue???
