How To Add More Greens To Your Diet

How To Add More Greens To Your Diet

Easter is always a wonderful time of year, a time we love, like Christmas.  It is always fun, until the party is over, and it is time to go back to “real life”.

Did you overindulge over Easter like we did?  At our meeting this morning, we all discussed how we had a wonderful Easter, but how our bodies are feeling bloated, sluggish and lacking energy coming down after a sugar high.  It is worse than a hang over, especially when our bodies are not used to sugar.

This morning, I personally felt ill at spin class and thought at one stage I was going to pass out.  It is a full day of greens and water for me today, a post Easter cleanse to get back on track.
