With so many products on the market, a question we often ask ourselves is which one is the most fundamental for our skin and body?  We often seek answers in magazines, ask our beauticians and search google.

When you know what it is, you will be forever grateful, because to most of us, this product is free.

Water is simply, our most fundamental beauty treatment.  We need to hydrate our skin, and without enough water, our skin simply dries up.

The effects of drinking water are literally extremely rewarding.  Water literally hydrates your skin, eliminating fine lines, reducing puffiness and water also flushes out harmful toxins, making drinking water the easiest, and cheapest way of turning back the clock.

Look what happens to a dried-up prune when saturated with water.  It becomes plump, firm and soft, which is what will happen to your skin within hours of hydration.

Set yourself a challenge of drinking the recommended amount of water from skin specialists, the standard 8 glasses per day for a week, without changing your skin care routine.  Add one more glass each day for each hour of exercise or air travel, to the standard 8 glasses.
