The avocado is a rather unique type of fruit, high in healthy fats, and many health benefits, often referred to as a superfood, but did you know there is more to this amazing fruit than meets the eye?
I have a friend who dated an Italian woman, who pasted avocado onto her breasts to keep them perky! I don’t know if this works, but please be my guest and try it.
There are many uses for the trusty avocado, (other than what is above), including making chocolate mouse or icing, a creamy salad dressing, a beauty mask, or my trustworthy, never fail avocado guacamole.
This is a fabulous recipe for when you have avocados that need to be used. This recipe takes 5 minutes to make, and stores in the fridge for a few days. You can use it in sandwiches and wraps, or if you are like me, use it as a dip. Enjoy.
Caz’s Avocado Guacamole
