The ARIA Awards (Australian Recording Industry Association Music Awards) are always a night of celebrations for anyone connected to the Australian music industry.

My personal favourite, (and Instagram buddy because of our love of pilates and espresso martinis) is gorgeous Melbourneite, Anthony Callea, and as you can see by the photos, Anthony was having a blast like he always does.  I love your passion for life beautiful Anthony.

But the highlight for me last night was to see the transformation of Guy Sebastian.  I have always been a huge fan, and as a stylist, I have loved his changes over the years from the "Catholic boy next door with an afro" style to the "masculine, short-haired tattooed hunk, of a few years ago.

Last night we witnessed another transformation, one the whole country is talking about, and he sure has willpower!  Guy posed for Men's Health magazine.  For this, he didn't eat carbs, not even a piece of rice, or drink any alcohol (well that counts us out, Anthony!!!) for eight weeks.  And this one, no pasta!!!  Argh.  But what a body and fantastic style on the arm of his stylist wife, who also looked amazing, showing off her stunning pins in a Lillian Khallouf silver sheer mini-dress.

What a difference 14 years makes and proves we are all like a great bottle of wine.  We can all improve with age, which looking back at some of my styles, especially in the 80's (as seen here), thank goodness for change.
