Tomorrow, Friday 24th November is the official Black Friday in Australia, and we are excited. Black Friday is a shopping day for a combination of reasons. As the first day after the last major holiday before Christmas, it marks the unofficial beginning of the Christmas shopping season.
According to this alternative explanation, Black Friday is the day when retailers finally begin to turn a profit for the year.
Last Saturday, the most extended sales period of the year officially kicked off with the launch of Singles Day, and so you can be Christmas ready this year, the sales continue for the rest of the month. So if you are bargain hunters like the team here, your email inbox is going to be filled with huge sales, worldwide.
And fingers crossed, we'll also see the launch of Amazon Australia.
