The Ultimate Pre-Party Food
If you have as many parties as we do ATM, & you are trying to keep your weight down 😩, it's always advisable to eat before you leave so you don't snack all night. Here is my smoked salmon party saver, quick, easy & healthy frittata.
Boil one cup frozen peas 3 min, drain and mix in large bowl with 8 eggs, handful ricotta cheese (broken up), 1 bunch chopped up asparagus, 100g smoked salmon, few chopped chives, Zezt 1 lemon, pepper. Place in lines tray and cook 180 degrees 30 - 40 min. Snack while getting ready and have a great night.
